Project 365 - Week 22 (August 26-September 2)

I woke up early Friday morning and captured the most beautiful sunrise coming up over the treeline. I knew right then that it was going to be a great weekend. I love how something like this can just completely turn your attitude around. At first I was frustrated because I just could not fall back to sleep! Then I looked out the window and saw that sunrise and my frustration was gone. We have to remember to appreciate the little things that are all around us. We tend to look past them because we are so busy with everything else. So this week I stopped and took a moment to appreciate those little things. Aside from the sunrise, I was soooo appreciative to the fact that my dad made spaghetti this week and I got to have the leftovers! Yum!

Day 150/365 "Please!"

When "Rogue" is interested in whatever I have on the table, he squeezes that big head of his between my arm and my hip then rests his chin on my lap in hopes that I will drop something.
