Project 365 - Week 14 (July 1-7)

Can you believe it is already July?!? The summer is going by too quickly, as it always does. It's time for fireworks, planting, and more outdoor fun. We need to enjoy this outdoor time for as long as we can.

Day 92/365 "First Attempt"

This was my first time trying to take an image like this. Maybe next year I can get our faces in focus!

Day 93/365 "Good Ole Days"

When my Hot Coco was passing through home on his way to his next rodeo, he would use me as his practice calf. I would hop up and down and most of the time he would get my ankles roped. After being captured thousands of times, you learn how to fall gracefully. It has been years since we have done this. I thought it would be fun to try it again. I guess I need a refresher on how to fall gracefully!

Day 94/385 "Girl Talk"

I stepped in the house for a moment and came back out to find these two just chit chatting about silly things and enjoying the company of one another.

Day 95/365 "Abandoned"

The boys were so sad when daddy walked out of the house without them. When he is moving equipment around it is the safest thing for them to stay in the house.

Day 96/365 "Always Happy"

Little Miss Lyla Rae is always happy and smiling. Even when she is by herself she knows how to have a good time.

Day 97/365 "Beans"

It's time to plant the beans down at the old place. Such a neat piece of equipment to watch as it places the seeds into the ground.

Day 98/365 "Me Too"

Meghan Trainor's new song is a big hit in the house right now. Cheyenne wanted to reenact the video while singing along. Early in the morning, no makeup, and still in PJ's, I wasn't going to let any of that bother me because now I have this great memory of the two of us.
